Reaction multi -color braid is one tough line. No coil from spool memory means you feel the slightest strike and no stretch for better, more successful hook sets. Whether it’s a bump or a thump this braid doesn’t Disappoint!
Clear water kayak fishing demands finesse. Tucking weights inside my stickbaits for Neko Rigging - but also straight wacky rigging - has made a huge difference in my overall catch rate when the bass can see 20 feet or further. The RT tungsten nail weights are smaller and stronger than lead, so they're easier to insert and they create less of an unnatural bulge in the plastic. This, combined with long casts and light line, means more fish.
I fish around laydowns, algae and underwater weeds all the time - this stuff slices through underwater vegetation like butter, and it has decent abrasion resistance. It is also super-strong... I was able to horse this guy in with ease. I'll be spooling more of my reels with this stuff - testing it on spinning gear next!
I've caught several chonks this season using this stuff. I'm talking ABSOLUTE UNITS. A lot of my fishing takes place around thick algae, underwater weeds and pads. Nothing cuts through pads - but this X8 slices through the weeds with ease and it has decent abrasion resistance when I'm using it around wood cover - which was what this largemouth bass came off of. A big laydown in shallow water, surrounded by weeds and algae. Textbook. Good stuff!
I have had GREAT luck with these hooks. Wanted to upsize today so I paired the RT Wide Gap Wacky (fiber weed guard) with a very fat full-size stickbait and headed to the weeds & slop. Had 22 strikes. Caught 22 bass. Just absolutely HAMMERED 'em and most were hooked right in the roof of the mouth like you can see in the picture. These are a staple in my (minimalist) arsenal now - and that's saying something!
Fantastic jigs. Bought a set for my son for tournaments and he loves them. We use them all the time. Sharp and strong and a good color selection. Highly recommend
I've used these hooks on several outings now, and I was pleasantly surprised with how well they came through thick muck and algae. You're always going to pick up sludge where I fish - but with that fiber weed guard, I was able to work this hook along at a pretty good clip - and the hookup ratio was excellent. It's very similar to a kahle hook, and works really well with sinking stickbaits. I have decided to name the 3/0 version THE BIG NASTY. Perhaps Reaction Tackle can do some marketing with that... ;) Good hook!
So I'm a new convert to weighted wacky hooks. I was worried that the weight would be visible and spook fish - however - with the increased rate of fall, even in clear water I'm seeing bass lock on and shoot over to hammer my stickbaits. I've been using these from the bank and the boat when I'm in areas that are not covered with algae - and they are killer little hooks / jigs! Now I need to get my hands on some of the tungsten ones... but after I get a few more of these!

Purchased the largest bag a month ago , was able to put into service for the last couple weeks. Let me say this bag so far has been excellent. Seems to be built very well. Zippers are quality , it has so many pockets and pouches to hold a lot of gear. Heavy duty waterproof bottom on the bag. So far very happy with this purchase. Holds 12 x 3700 no problem. Please note the picture I have has 11 x 3700 including one oversize 3700 with room to spare in the main section of the bag Hopefully it holds up to the rest of time. 5/5.
Great product, super sensitive to detect the lightest of bites and no memory curl to affect a good hook set. It’s one tough braid that doesn’t let you down!
The tray dividers lock in great and hold everything tight. I strongly recommend this tray. I bought 2 and want more.
Cant beat this braid for the price. I have caught a ton of fish on it. This spring I got a 9.5, 9.75, 10.28 and a 10.66 using it. They might come unhooked, but they arent breaking the line.
Used to be a big power pro guy back in the day, but this line is much better. I fish the 25 and 20 a lot too. They are just as good.

Reaction Tackle Hollow Core 100lb braid is tough stuff. Landed a 370# shark on 100# braid from the beach . Great staff who are very helpful also
By far some of the best line I’ve used. It’s don’t an absolute amazing job on big catfish.
I have owned 3 different sizes of these Reaction Tackle Bags - Medium, Large and Extra-Large. I purchased the XL for myself not thinking about how extremely large it actually is. I use these large bag constantly and the Medium occasionally. I have the XL to my son as a gift. It’s perfect for him but too big for me.
All that said - no other company makes a tackle bag of this clear quality. They are attractive and durable as heck! I haven’t tried the small one or the backpack but the Medium, Large and XL are all amazing.
Thick plastic and feels very durable. Great for easy accessing baits. Highly recommend!
Whenever I spool up with new braid, I run it through a wet paper towel while reeling it on. This removes some of the color (try it with 832 or PowerPro) and I'd rather have it on a paper towel now instead of my fingers later. Just used this method on some Reaction Tackle No Fade Black, and it left NOTHING behind on the wet paper towel. I couldn't believe it. I was squeezing it HARD and the paper towel was spotless. Says something about the color retention and had to share. Good stuff!
Had I chance to try this on my surf perch rod an reel this weekend . It did not disappoint. Worked very well and did not break no Matter how hard I casted with a three ounce weight.

These jigs are well made, strong with great colors. The larger 6mm and 7mm options are perfect! Not many jigs this size on the market and rarely found, if ever, in any of the stores around. The 7mm jigs are about 1-¼" long, a perfect jig to tip with a live minnow. This size jig is perfect for Walleyes, Crappies, Perch, Bass and Trout.
